SENATE BILL 55

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 15, strike "PENALTIES" and insert in lieu thereof "A PENALTY".

    2. On page 2, line 8, strike "PENALTIES" and insert in lieu thereof "PENALTY".

    3. On page 3, strike lines 9 through 11.

 

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

 

    5. On page 6, line 22, after "members", insert ", is not subject to inspection pursuant to the Inspection of Public Records Act".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
